Firm Overview

Muskus & Muskus, L.L.C., is comprised of two attorneys: Eugene Anthony Muskus and Jennifer L. Muskus.  They share over 38 years of legal practice experience.  The firm has strived to meet the legal needs of the residents of Prince George's County and Southern Maryland since 1969 and provides only the highest quality professional legal services.

The founder of the firm, Eugene Anthony Muskus, has been an attorney for over 30 years.  He earned his B.S. degree from Loyola University in 1964 and his J.D. from Catholic University of America in 1968.  He was admitted to the Bar of the State of Maryland in 1969 and was subsequently admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland in 1972 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1976.  He is a member of the Prince George's County and Maryland State Bar Associations and the Bankruptcy Bar Association.  He served as a Senior Assistant to the States Attorney for Prince George's County in Maryland and was Senior Partner at Fisher & Walcek.

Jennifer L. Muskus has three years of practice experience and is a thoughtful and skilled litigator.  She earned her bachelor's degree from Elon College in 1991 and her law degree from University of Baltimore in 2003.  She joined the Bar of the State of Maryland and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland in 2003.  She is a member of the Prince George's County and the Maryland State Bar Associations as well as the Women’s Bar Association.  She was a member of the Leadership Academy from 2004 to 2005 and is associated with the Heisler Honor Society.
