Eugene Muskus has been diligently protecting the rights of injury victims and criminal defendants for three decades. He also has an extensive general civil practice that serves individual and business clients in a variety of areas.

Born in Oak Park, Ill., Mr. Muskus earned his B.S. in 1964 from Loyola University and his J.D. in 1968 from Catholic University of America.  He is admitted to practice in all Maryland state courts, the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Prior to launching this firm, Mr. Muskus was a Senior Assistant States Attorney for Prince George’s County, a Senior Partner at Fisher & Walcek, and a member of the Selective Service.
